From report prepared september 7, 2006
"With the installation of the evaporator, the plant will be able to produce liquid fertilizer. Discussions are being held with several major customers in North America to contract for delivery of both granular and liquid fertilizer. IBR continues to have discussions with interested parties in the middle east and Asia regarding plant licenses, and feels confident that agreements can be reached for plants to be built. Subsequent to June 30, 2006 and in the period up to September 7, 2006, the Company had received $1,000,000 as initial payments for plant license fees. As well, a number of municipalities in Canada have received proposals from the Company, and a major third party has indicated they would be interested in funding and operating these plants."
