I guess you're right. IBR cannot solve the world's problems. All they can solve is how to do PRIVATE PLACEMENTS and sell LICENSING AGREEMENTS. They've had 10 years to figure out how to make the thing work and they still do not produce and market their own end product. On the other hand, I can.
