Private placements are dilution.

Vraiment, pull up the 6 year history of this stock if you really want to see the trend price. Also, look at the number of shares 6 years ago. If the real money to be made is in the fertilizer, Flexy, then why bother to sell the "technology"? Why not "manufacture fertilzer". What is the cost per ton of throughput on the front end of this POS? Nobody has ever answered that one. But I know what it is.
