We are not far away from the completion of the merger.  Once it is done and the corporate ownerhip structure of BC is nice and simple, the OEMs will be looking to close offtake deals with the merged company to build the mine.  Keep in mind that GM invested USD650 million in Thacker Pass.

The latest news release on battery grade lithium can be produced from BC just helps to validate the commercial potential of BC.  The stars are starting align for ICM and NVLH.
