As far as I was told the company is pursuing debt financing with the possibility of little dilution. Ofcourse this was a few weeks back so who knows what can change Imho

Deal is financed through: ~ $4.0 M Cash on hand ~ $5.5 M Debt ~ $5.5 M Equity through share issuance Although this can not be fufilled with the current price of the stock as the minimum share issuance price was much higher, so it will be interested to see what happens here. with current prices this will be short ~ $2.5 - $3.0 M Up to $5.5 M earn out - most likely
