THINK OF IT... THERE WERE ONLY 2 OPTIONS...
But first...
I hope Poydras changes their ad on stockhouse they need a real crisp picture of slot machines
full color - from the interior of a casino perhaps a guy'girl overlay pic at the corner of ad
showing them smiling - with excitement you know.... showing the funess
of the casino gaming industry - the current ad- i can barely see the slot machines
Also is the ad only showing on this page ?
Seems that way....
Perhaps it should be shown on other stockhouse pages
to attract even more interst?
"When you think of it - there were really only 2 options "
PROCEED WITH THE INTEGRITY DEAL
OR
LET THE INTEGRITY GO
As shareholders ask yourselves...
which would you rather - heard in the news today...
GOOD NEWS OR BAD ?
Letting the deal go - stock drops
company would be seen as failure to deliver
it would not have been a very good day... right?
Now ask yourself...
what would you have done if you owned Poydras?
I know for myself - and just like life itself...
there's really no option... but to forge forward.
And like anything in life
There's an element of risk attached
Go getter's know risk....
People who are leaders know risk...
And without risk there is no reward.
As for myself - I'm happy Poydras moved forward.
Even with shares out - shareholders recieved an acquisition
We got something more.... We got the - Integrity Deal !
And just to compare - wirh some of the mining companies I've seen...
Shares go out - just to keep management in position - and company afloat
Moving forward is good - gaining something new
means Poydras has something more to offer than they once did
Having Integrity
is sure better than a bad press relaese saying no deal.
Poydras - now has some shoulders in the industry
Contacts have now increased and with many more options than before
more options = are better than no option
POYDRAS - has increased their profits by $15,000,000 yearly...
Get the bull horn - and say a big... HELLOOOOO !
I'm hoping for back to back news
put the bitter sweet news behind us
and lets see if Integrity will blossom like an orchurd.
shareholders should look forward to capitolization news
more long term contract news - casino products sales - and servicing news( M3T)
a press release thats - tangy sweert... and that tickles the mind
AGAIN...
- there were only 2 options -
good news - Integrity deal - bad news - no Integrity deal
I beleive Poydras chose the right path...
Poydras forges forward and with more assets
and that means more possibilities !
A good day or Shareholders...
Cheers !

enthusiasm is great but you are going beyond enthusiasm to making stuff up and dreaming. Where did you come up with $15million? And is it profits, cashflow or revenue? I don't think you know the difference. The end results of an acquisition or increased business boil down to how much does it add to the eps. If you have to increase the share count by too much, eps could go down

read the new dumbo "We are excited to announce this financing as it provides us with the capital to fund both the placement of 600 machines with the Tonkawa Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma and the acquisition of the Integrity Companies, adding approximately USD $15 million in estimated annual revenue for the Company," said Peter Macy, CEO of Poydras. "This financing will give Poydras
