Valuation

So if and when this deal is closed what are the metrics on proper valuation based on the new large number of shares outstanding versus the total cash flow/ebita?
Anybody care to take a stab or educated guess?

Here is my stab at a valuation. According to the company presentation all the peer/industry valuations are 6x-12x ebitda. Given the company is proving the business model we should aim towards 6x $12,000,000 x 6 = $72,000,000/ 330,000,000 shares outstanding = 21.8 cents.  It will November until 3rd quarter results come but we will see 2nd quarter machine numbers in a month and will start our ...more

The EBITDA Ratios are EV/EBITDA and as such you need to subtract the debt that PYD has on the books to reach at the equity value, which for a 4x EV/EBITDA is $0.11 a share and for a 6x EV/EBITDA is $0.18 a share. Since there are soo many shares issued the acquisition is not overly accredive as most think. I think the benefits are great through;  through greater revenue diversification ...more

One more thing to note is that ALL amounts are in U.S. currency with the exception of the share price in Canadian currency. That gives all revenue, earnings and cash flow a nice 20% bump for the time being.
