Integrity Gaming Corp. > I disagree with you ALLA -

I disagree with you ALLA -

Firstly - and if I recall correctly - did you not post awhile back - around the time frame of the big Integrity news and preliminary Q1 results - a post that suggested you were not pleased with the press release - in terms of you expected more ?  I. Pretty sure it was you.... Correct me if I'm wrong...

so having said the above - have you jumped the fence - are you now against PYD ?

Furthermore - you know as well as I - if PYD - revises the Integrity contracts - on the premise of drafting up a newer contracts - with new time lines - with new slots and with new commissions of revenue take to that of Tonkawa - that there is a superb potential for some serious gains...

ALLA - give it a whirl - do the number crunching - and you'll see - that if PYD ever did convince the current under contract casinos - that having all new slots would be a great draw to attract new clients and bolster existing clients - it becomes a win - win for all involved.

that is.... Older slots - could sit and not be attractive... No one makes any money - vs - new slots with new fair contracts A just like Tonkawa - will create an insurgence of excitement on the basis of - new slots - making gaming all the funner.

No offence to you ALLA - but your posts of late - sure have changed from pro to con. I'm thinking you may have divested and now sit on the short side? If so - then I can only hope PYD - proves you wrong - and... Shows you what they're made of - and takes Integriry and totally transforms it.

what you fail to realize ALLA - is PYD - can grow exponentially without organic revenue...

your fixation on their revenues or EBITDA - seems to be a real tunnel vision for you... When in fact - at anytime - if PYD chooses to do so - they could take on a loan to purchase and set up another contract... I think May people forget - that a pure play involves very simple measures to obtain  more contracts or new business.

For example -

while led you and many others are focused on organic revenues... I'll take the route of saying - yes - organic is good - but it's also a slow way to exponentially grow the business...

if I were Macy - I'd be focusing on one thing.

wheres my next contract.

Secondly - it most likely will be found with existing - casinos - and that's where I'd place my main focus.

if Tonkawa's contract even included a retrofit of up to 5+ million - you know as well as I - that the numbers for Tonkawa is PUD's cash cow... The real money maker....

so besides revising Integrity's contracts with new slots and better pay structures - as similar to that of Tonkawa .... Again - I'd focus on other casinos in the Native Tribal community - and entice them with
a partial Reno - up grade to first gain the contract and which creates excitement for the casino - do the very same contract write up as Tonkawa with another casino -

ALL by financing... But minus the accounting practices of late and write the contracts up with better accounting that gains for the company and.... This time around shareholders....

Three way - is the best way.... Providing shareholders and the Sp gain - and that's all dependent upon the accounting...

a simple financing contract  - where the financier gains...
a simple contract where PYD - gains
a simple contract where the casino gains

a three way - with expenditures factored into the slot machine costs - and retrofits of building I'd applicable - and all expenditures and lease spaces - perhaps pro rated based on usage - and strung out for the entirety of the contract term of 7 years. (Example )

or if they're smart - a 10 year - with potential upgrade of machines at the 7 year mark - which would garner PYD - a second round of - business where they could again offer new slots at the 7 year mark - and secure their status of the Casino floor space..

Lastly -  an online venue in my opinion is over due... Convention slots are fine - but online gaming is a market growing by leaps and bounds and if PYD doesn't act now - the big players will corner the market and it will be all the harder to capture a portion thereof...

Aside of casinos - the best pure play is short term loans... Some may not like it... But when compared to slots - it require only a contract from PYD the finacier A lender - and the client.

id much rather see PYD choose this venue and it would compliment their existing pure play - motto.

Justvimagine seeing xxxxxxxxx amount of capital being turned over on a weekly or monthly basis earning 10 %  - wow !  It's a perfect number in it's own right - not greedy nor gouging - and multiplied over twelve months... It would be perfect for MAcy and crew - they're already involved in capital lending.  I'm amazed they didn't take this route first... And save the headaches of fed regulations and tribal compacts and contracts and leasing etc....  Lending is the finest of pure plays....

so - ALLA - focusing just on the organic revenues - will get you just that - organic thoughts which are in my minds eye - generic.... No pizazz ...

when end your into capital - why not call upon your capital partners and as they already know -in most instances it takes a loan to make something happen and grow - it's the fastest way to see results - and as so - employ this manner whereas three parties profit fairly - and I'm all for financed slot machines with good lease contracts... Providing it is tabulated appropriately that benefits and includes the shareholders...

I personally think - PYD could at anytime - choose this route to grow and still gain - and still move forward organically with revenues... Why not do both... Things could happen very fast - all dependent upon the company and how they want to move forward.

cheers !

I hope that with the purchase of Integrity Macy has received some moral integrity also and will do everything possible to raise the SP, no more silly stock dilutions
