I don't think it was a JV -

I don't ever remember it beingstated - INTEGRITY - as being a JV - but rather a purchase with a pay out after 1 yr.... And as for the Integrity it was an assuming of existing slot machines which apparently - were not as good in contract payout - when compared to Tonkawa - Which if its any indication on how Macy writes the contracts up -

It would appear that Macy can strike the deals -and earn a good 3 x more with one contract than what they assumed under purchsing Integrity -

So - if Macy continues to write the contracts up - just like Tonkawa - they'll be earning good revenues....

In addition -

Thats why i always wanted Macy and pyd team to rewrite the Integrity contracts - if  its possible - and that may take all new machines to entice the casinos to do so - but..... what would be the gain for the casino ?   Well - new machines or new to you - lol  -  creates all the more consumer draw.... Yes.. i always was hung up on the 600 - 1600 comparission....

Hopefully something can be reworked with the Integrity machines....

The way im thinking - PYD  has already a foot in those 20+ casinos-  already an established rapport - which means they have an in - - with exisiting contracts -

1600 machines divided by say 21 casinos - 76 per each location based on equal distribution -

So- it would be nice they revise the contracts and at the same time add more machines to each casino - that would be amazing like - another 74 per each casino rounding it out to a total of 150 per casino - and all new contracts to that ofTonkawa ..... crossed fingers - never say never ..... we may get a surprize..... At least i hope for it... lol

Cheers !
