River folks conference call take aways
- management enticipates strong growth through 2016/17 in the Oklahoma area and new markets of interest. Management states their happiness twice with the Q4 numbers.
- I have spoken management on multiple occasions how long it takes to close a deal. The common answer is 6-9 months for a new build.
- machine count is 2481
- management is encouraged by the consolidation
- Q1 will be on June 1.
-no mention of refinancing
In conclusion, management sounded very confident and excited about Pyd going forward. People can say what they want about Pyd but management has not lied or misled shareholders. Management anticipates strong growth in 2016/17 which makes me speculate that a deal or two are in the works. Tonkawa took 6 months before shareholder were informed, due to
competetors and letting down shareholders, management does not inform shareholders until machines are installed and generating income. Management has not been able to buy stock since sept, this being said once Q1 is announced they can buy stock until the end of June.'that will web a key indicator or management intent: several on this board have made their opinions known that management is collecting high salaries and bonuses. If they put money back into the play, their intent will be clear that they are truly invested in the play itself.
it may be wishful thinking but we haven't had significant machine placements since November. One tonkawa type deal and this play would be pouring gasoline on an already roaring fire. Given the market cap at .35 I would throw a bid up and hope for a nervious holder to sell at a loss, IMHO.

I'd at least wait until after Q1 results before we finalize any big "life" changes River. I feel overall "optimistic" in this company. Though I hate how the markets beating this thing into a early grave.
