So where's all the management buying???
Someone posted a couple of months ago that they'd talked to management who'd told him that PYD management and board members could not buy shares in the open market until June, 2016 due restrictions caused by the purchase of Integrity, etc...
So where is all this buying now that they are free to do so?

Maybe they are blacked out again because of another pending acquisition...The CEO at GEL had to finally institute a routine buying program because he was being constantly blacked out due to lots of M&A activity!!!........
