Conference Call

That conference call was one of concern. Management offered no reason for stagnation and could not offer machine protection for 2017! Rather they know something we don't or they have given up! I wish I got out at .73 with everyone else

The call was very straight forward and to the point! Quarter after Quarter consistently proving numbers! The debt is coming down quarter after Quarter and now we need stronger growth to go along with that

Riverfolk, a little lesson about business. When a company is losing money and has reserves to draw on from a LOC but yet the creditor of that LOC wants you to use your dwindling remaining cash to pay down the principal somewhat, then you know the creditor is getting very nervous about the present situation. I'm sensing another virtual Timmies coffee bet coming up here Teflon! What do you say? How about a tiebreker? I say no equity financing in 2017, you say there will be. Deal? VeeP

"I say no equity financing in 2017, you say there will be. Deal?" I can not go that narrow. I am not saying that there will be an equity financing, I am saying under the present state of affairs, something has to give in 2017 and that is one of the options. Now if you care for Timmy's gentleman's bet on status quo or not for the rest of 2017 then I good with that as soon as we ...more

"At the present moment, any equity raise or any sale, forfeiture or any form of revenue split of any part of the company to any party would define that line for me." Yah, I can't bet against that. I'm pretty sure we'll see one of the following: 1) Go private transaction 2) A merger with another entity 3) An outright sale 4) Significant management change VeeP

Looks like option 4, they must have taken the year trying the first 3 options

Check pages 23 and 24 of the Information Circular for the Annual Meeting. It says they want to do a 15 to 1 share consolidation (after the previous 10 for 1 a few months ago) in order to "satisfy the company's financing requirements and attract new equity into the company". This thing should tank after the next roll-up puts it to approximately $7.50 and most of us have virtually no ...more
