With all due respect Valk17, I really don't think its quite as simple as you make it out to be. I think the deal can only move forward subject to Ms McDonald and her Company CSX signing off. Tommer has done a great job in keeping us all posted and even he is frustrated by this delay. Hopefully they'll work it all out but I'm sure there are TWO SIDES to any differences that IIE and
