Insider Selling????

Would tend to think that with all the House 1 Anonymous selling a substantial amount of this could be coming from the INSIDERS. Has anyone checked the Insider selling report....not sure how to access it. Perhaps someone can post ....Thanks. Agree that once the dust settles and News starts to come, the share price should surge.We can expect a lot to happen over the coming 2-3 weeks. GLTA

Hi So far no sales posted to Cdn Insider. https://www.canadianinsider.com/ This is for Cdn stocks only and shows the last 10 sales. very easy to use, just plug in the symbol top right, no exchange necessary. SEDI is another, more comprehensive, spot for insider activity but its imo more for when you first do DD on a comapny and want to see who owns what, total options, warrants, commons ...more

So what if the "Insiders" aren't reporting their trading activity on a timely basis. I have seen some reports listed in the past months for activity from early last year! What is supposed to happen then??? I'm sure there are fines but how big? Why trade through Anon or Jitney if things are on the up-n-up?

Hi Insiders have 10 days to report sales, so if an insider is using anon its for a short term cover up. The 52 week low was .065, likely some are taking profits before the anticipated sell-off. I could care less about the day to day SP flucuations. Don't mean a thing. We'll get news sooner or later and than we'll see what we got in Brazil. We also need news about our plans for ...more
