Only partial from Stockwatch: Iciena Ventures Botavi diamond project agreement 2008-01-25 16:22 ET - Property Agreement The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an amended and restated mineral property purchase and operating agreement dated Oct. 31, 2007, between Iciena Ventures Inc., 0787522 BC Ltd. and Mineradora Bravo Cavalo Ltda., pursuant to which the company has the option to acquire an 80-per-cent interest in certain Brazilian mineral exploration concessions, which collectively comprise the Botavi diamond project located in north-central Mato Grosso state, Brazil.
