A great deal of these .11 to .115 sellers are using the proceeds to convert to .10 cent shares in IIE, with the $$$ going into the kitty for IIE. 10 Million warrants x .10 cents = $1 Million in new money for IIE to drill. A lot of the sellers are likely insiders pumping $ back into the company. Once the selling dries up (early March), we should see this break out! FT

If it is insiders, why aren't they reporting their trades???
