Serious Accumulation Going On...

There are a lot of big fish chipping away at IIE, including Canaccord (again).

The bids outweigh the offerings 6X over.

This buying has only just begun and it looks like they don't want to move this up too much per day, otherwise
they will attract a whole flock of s/t term traders.
