Great volume today - more than 3,000,000 shares traded!  Closed down 21.7% to $0.09.

On April 22nd, 2009 they had 109,100,241 shares outstanding.

They roll it back 3 for 1, that day, to 36,366,747 shares out. 

They announce a financing that same day for 33,333,333 shares at $0.03.  No progress on Brazil.

Later they sell 3,603,000 million shares for $0.15.  No progress on Brazil.

On October 13, 2009, they announce a financing of 13,333,333 shares, with no news on Brazil.

That means they will have 86,636,413 shares out when they are complete.

So basically, since April 22nd, 2009, the number of shares outstanding has been increased by 238%.

What value has been added to the company?


This isn't bashing any company, you can arrive at your own conclusions.  All information was drawn from stockwatch.

iie is run by a "gang" of self-serving incompetents; it has been like this for years and at the present, their main goal is to make sure that they get paid from unsuspecting investors better known as suckers

What really happened was that when people saw the BNN IIE video clip with Fipke, everyone started selling; when you see him and hear him, it is always a signal to SELL
