Manning Elliot resigned because the sole officer of Quantum MRI Inc. was not honest about a debt transaction. That sole director was Kelly Fielder. In the opinion of Manning Elliott, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company inappropriately signed, at least on one occasion, third party debt confirmation documents which were for the purpose of serving as audit evidence. Isn't it curious that
