I Predict Financing Failure

I have accurately predicted the failure of the last 3 financings.

With Iciena's share price closing at
.05, and the PP being offered at
.10, with only a half warrant at
.15, it's not exactly rocket science.

I am predicting this financing, like the others, will fail.  Iciena may have to resort to another roll back and financing at
.03.
