Yes, I think is good Fox-Davies Capital has agreed to be their broker. Apparently they have good experience in the sector. I think an SPO in Europe where the Spanish mines are located will be more attractive. I think too that the market is not valuing yet the contract and interest of Glencore in the Spanish mines. A good broker will make sure this is taking into account while promoting the share.

Seems very strategic to me that Fox-Davies is in London and that is where Glencore trades. I think Glencore's investor base is likely to be all over this company once coverage starts. Truly baffles me that Solid announces a cooperation agreement with a global commodity giant Glencore and nobody is paying attention yet. Maybe investors here are not aware that Glencore has a 40billion market cap
