Enviroleach Spin-out?

I have read the posts below but would like clarification on the proposed Enviroleach spinout.  Lets say you have 100 000 shares of ILM and you will receive 10 000 shares of Enviroleach.
 
Does this mean you will now hold 100 000 of ILM and 10 000 of Enviroleach?
 
Will Enviroleach trade under a new symbol? And Iberian will continue to trade under ILM?
