In addition to today's news release, a news letter was issued that addresses the question of the ongoing relationship between Iberian/Mineworx and EnviroLeach.
- We have aggressive plans moving forward that encompass bold steps for both Iberian/Mineworx and EnviroLeach working closely together in a “sister” company relationship that is mutually beneficial to both. Think of the relationship between Iberian/Mineworx and EnviroLeach as analogous within the computer industry to a hardware/software platform solution.
- Our present 1500 sq. ft. lab facility in Coquitlam can no longer meet our present and future needs, as such, we have been busy moving into our new 4,200 sq. ft. lab/office facility in the greater Vancouver area that will serve as the headquarters for EnviroLeach. Offices will be jointly shared by EnviroLeach and Iberian/Mineworx personnel and is anticipated to be the future corporate office of Iberian/Mineworx as well.

Newsletter Update
March 7, 2017
Dear Shareholder,
The next few weeks are going to be very exciting for all of us. We are in the final phase of the spin-out of our patent-pending, environmentally friendly, cyanide free lixiviant for the extraction of precious metals from mining and e-waste applications. The Special Meeting for this transaction will take place on March 14th and if the votes cast by shareholders show approval for the spin-out by an approval margin of 66 2/3%, the new company,
EnviroLeach Technologies Inc., will be trading on a Canadian public market approximately one week later. EnviroLeach will also be listed on a U.S. exchange as soon as possible. All information pertaining to these new listings will be announced to our shareholders.

All testing for Iberian/Mineworx and EnviroLeach mining and E-Waste applications will be done here. The lab will be state of the art and fully equipped to perform all relevant testing for both industries. The lab will have the capability to perform in depth analysis by Atomic Absorption spectroscopy, ICP OES and Cold Block short wave infrared digestion assays.
We have aggressive plans moving forward that encompass bold steps for both Iberian/Mineworx and EnviroLeach working closely together in a “sister” company relationship that is mutually beneficial to both. Think of the relationship between Iberian/Mineworx and EnviroLeach as analogous within the computer industry to a hardware/software platform solution.
Mineworx will become the exclusive technology/systems integrator for the continued design, development and installation of the EnviroLeach process pilot plants and full-scale production facilities. This relationship will leverage and extend the Iberian team’s expertise in design-build capabilities to the development of specialized industrial modular process systems and facility construction for the deployment of EnviroLeach systems globally in both the mining and E-Waste management sectors. We are confident that this new “green” initiative will drive new immediate and long term revenue channels to Iberian.
We will position ourselves as “Solution Providers” to the mining and E-Waste industry sectors. EnviroLeach is the chemistry component (software) and Iberian/Mineworx is the process/engineering design and fabrication/assembly of the system (hardware), which is specifically tailored to customer’s needs and requirements.
The Iberian/Mineworx business model is structured to secure relationships, including Joint Ventures with small to midsize companies. Typically these companies have above ground assets that can utilize our patent-pending mobile X-tract gravity concentration system as well as our patent-pending X-mill grinding technology.
There are literally thousands of small to mid-sized sites with above ground deposits that do not justify the economics of a conventional milling operation or are hindered by environmental and regulatory issues. But these sites, with the deployment of our strategic, portable, low cost technologies, become economically viable projects within our unique business model.
For projects not suited to our gravity concentrate process, Iberian/Mineworx will be able to employ the EnviroLeach patent-pending chemical extraction process. For these types of ore deposits Iberian will be competing directly with cyanide processing applications.
The environmental and regulatory concerns of cyanide are well documented and as such the benefits of the EnviroLeach process are many:
· Environmentally Friendly and Safe
· Fast Leach Kinetics
· Operates at Near Neutral pH and at Ambient Temperatures
· No off-gas or Detox systems required
· Simplified Recovery of Precious Metals from Solution
· Reduced Operational Costs
· Accelerated Permitting Process
· Access to Mining areas that Prohibit Cyanide
· Reagent is Safe, Reusable and offers a Sustainable Alternative to the Toxic Methods Used Today.
Our endgame is quite simple: to grow Iberian/Mineworx and EnviroLeach into the extraction technology industry leaders for mining and electronic E-Waste. In conclusion, we believe that our proprietary technologies and positioning are going to become extremely disruptive to the materials extraction status quo.
As always the support of our Shareholders is appreciated and recognized…….it is what has allowed us to progress this far. We will continue to update our progress as we implement our business strategy, and as always, strive to build shareholder value.
