How will the new shares show in my bank
I have a practical question. How will IML know the shares I'm holding? How will they transfer the new ones to my account? It was sort of a nightmare already the first time to register the shares on my bank (the shares I hold are part of an SPO Iberian did some years ago)

I don,t forsee it being a problem at all. If you have shares in your TD or whatever acct. IML will deposit 1 for every 10 in your acct.

IML does not perform this function, their transfer agent Computershare does all of this. This is routine for them. Not to worry! Your ETI shares will arrive in the brokerage account that your IML shares are.

Short answer, if you buy IML shares today, yes would be entitled to the ETI dividend of shares. The Date of Record for IML shareholders to determine the dividend of ETI shares has yet to be announced. This will take place shortly after the March 14th Special Meeting to approve the arrangement and the court approval, set for March 15th.
