2024 outlook

The good, 25 - 40% projected revenue increase over 2023 so revenues between $31 - $35 million and EDITBA positive. The bad negative income. Looks like they are making adjustments to the newly acquired businesses with lower margins. Big potential here if they execute, 1* 2024  mid revenue = $1.29.

Just went through the MDA and it appears the new Alta - Ardent acquisition outperformed on a revenue basis. Intouch paid $3.1 million for Alta which has 2022 revenue of $5 million. Ardent the pre revenue startup had Q4 $2.36 million while Alta had revenue of $1.2 million. That works out to over $14 million for the year. Intouch is projecting $7 - $10 million revenue for Ardent in 2024.

The massive growth already seen from Ardent from scratch could be big in they can keep it going. Looks like a potential explosive growth engine.
