Management is smarter than you think. It is not management's fault that equity and commodity prices are crashing.  Markets are in a turmoil and that could take some time.  Ipt piled up 23 mill in WC and can weather the coming storm with ease.  Also no much sense to increase production when silver price is going down.  In terms of strategy, I will be watching the ongoing ...more

On the contrary I will start accumulating under .20 soon.

I am more a long term buy and hold type of investor and did not sell at higher price to buy low.  Instead, I rely on  a contingency cash and I will buy under 40s and then will buy even more if it continues to drop.

I don't want to be a prophet of doom but I believe that the price of gold stocks could fall to the April 2020 price. It's not looking good right now.

I use the same strategy for my investments.  I know I cannot time the markets, so I maximize my savings when prices are moving higher and only buy on significant drops such as now.  I think we have a little more to go on the downside.  Need to watch POS and POG for clues.  The summer doldrums with it's light trading volume should end after Labor Day and then we get to watch ...more

Typo correction : That should be $40T, not $04T in the original post The national debt is $29T and I expect it to reach $04T by 2025-26 even without the $3.5T spending.

So what ... it's just a number ... may as well be $129T or 329T .. or 1029T... doesn;t seem to make any difference wheh you are the reserve currency with no competition and an infinite printing machine
Comment by Crashcomingsoon on Aug 22, 2021 12:21pm
The Fed's printing and fiscal spending will create inflation.  When that happens, printing is counter productive (the more they print, the higher the nflation).  Climate change guarantees higher food inflation indefinitely.

US dollar is loosing its status of world's reserve currency. No more than 70% of current global money supplies, including US treasuries, are now denominated in US$. This percentage was almost 100 % following the WWII. The remaining 30% of global currencies are Euros and distnat third is the Chinese yuan.  As for gold held by central banks, Europe leads with 12,000 tones, followed by USA ...more
