Sitting on a big loss , any hope this will bounce back up , can bring down average cost .

Can not advise, but can give you my perspective of Ipt. The significant VOC in the last couple of weeks with share price tanking is a clear sign of funds/investors tax selling, This depressed price will continue until the new year. If I had disposable $$$ I would  use the remaining 2-3 weeks to average down. I think Ipt share price is currently derisked - several attemps to go lower than 17 ...more
