Deal closes on or about Feb 08. That clearly indicates to me that the pp shall close near said date, ie could be Feb 10.

The deal cannot go through unless it recieved shareholder approval, as per the news release snippet below. "To be approved, the Offering must be approved by at least a majority of disinterested shareholders at a shareholders meeting or by way of written consent. The Company currently expects to obtain shareholder approval through written consent" I don't know abou you, but I've ...more
