I wonder if this has anything to do with Oneworld coming in? NSX001

The phrase "out with the old and in with the new" comes to mind NSX.  New money, new structure, and new players providing clear direction with the necessarty resources committed to accomplishing their objectives. A do beleve and sincerely am optimistic that ISign has turned the corner.  GLTAL

Good morning Wildwilly, Aren't you just a little bit courious as to why he would leave before the deal has closed and not waited around to see it finalized? The abruptness of it is a little troubling to me. It was effective Monday Feb 22/21 not even yesterday. And it reads like a sour grapes kind of thing, very unceremonious, no long goodbyes, no "he's done wonderous ...more

Joe got his money and he left , this looks like what they planned.

I do believe he has still got millions of shares , I would bet he is a happy man now , if this current deal did not take place and stayed with the current management Isign would have not been around much longer . JMHO

Joe kept this company afloat financially but was an absentee leader who controlled the purse strings very closely that did limit our ability to optimize development.  Joe likely isn't  happy to not be wanted or needed as the ...more

if you look at the email announcing the placement and One World's from the other day both talked about new management.  Could be that Kozar knows he doesn't fit into their plans and decided to leave instead of being replaced.  He should be as happy as a pig in sh*t with all his shares cause he stands to make a sh*tload of money when the sp moves up once the placement closes.

Hi Jingo99, I fully agree, if this deal goes through and the shares increase, he's going to make out like a bandit, no pun intended. But, I still feel that his departure seems a little bit hurried, the deal has not been approved by the Venture Exchange and now the head-of-state is gone. Josip has way too much money tied up in this to just walk away pre-deal. Try putting yourself in his ...more

Kozar was always an "interim" CEO.

Like I was saying i'm sure this was planned months ago and Joe was involved with this for it to happen.
