After the September halt and then the real possibility of a de-listing any investor questions what got us in this position.  After mentally beating myself up for the last number of months I have come to the realization that investors believed in what little we were being told by management, including this e-mail to subscribers sent out a year ago as attached.  Mexican transit opportunity came & went and now we are still hanging onto hope that something, anything can be attained by way of contract, funding, partnership or reorganization.  Managements statement at time of halt indicated updates.  They likely were hoping to provide something substantive and positive and to date there apparently is nothing.  Any updates cost money and its money ISign does not have so here we are...... entering 2024 with little more than wishful thinking this will end well.  GLTAL.

A quick update

This is technically NOT a newsletter but we've got some great news to share!

After months of hard work, our development team created a set of features on our retail communications platform that will bring value to retailers of all sizes.

 

We gave a demonstration of the platform to our South American partners and the response was very positive. The feedback we received is a validation that our platform is capable of delivering real and immediate value to its users.

Unfortunately the company is dead, will be delisted when the yearly tsx bill comes in and wont be paid.  Isigns phone is cut off, and it was a tax write off to kozar.  They probably sold all their product to south asia for cash under the table.  Wasted 10 years on lies. With all the shares Kozar has you'd think he would use his own money to hire marketing firm the product
