11112000 more shares. Capital dilution of over 16% at CAD 0.90 below yesterday's closing price. DECOURAGING!

If warrants are taken into account, this represents a dilution of 25% - HUGE! What's more, the exercise price of these warrants, set at 1, .2 CAD is quite low, doesn't it reflect a certain pessimism about the 36-month horizon?
