Revenue = $1.835 million (last year = $1.463)

Operating Income = $453K (last year = $112)

Net Income = $266K (last year = $95)

 

Nice Gil Morgan, I wasn't expecting that!

 

And the six month numbers are even better as follows:

 

Revenue = $3.186 million (last year = $2.733)

Operating Income = $628k (last year = $224)

Net Income = $375k (last year = $219)

 

Those are all impressive increases over the prior year.

Solid margins, operating profit and profitability with lots of extra cash vs. market cap and unused debt capacity for expansion. They are also about to launch their new compact water treatment system and are investigating the commercial airline market. This proven microcap stock is the kind that can return very big. I also see that Pender Financial has recently acquired a sizable stake in the

I'm very happy with these numbers. The second half of the year should be much better as they start to roll out the new product and deliver on their newest contract.

IWG has a lot of extra cash, significant cashflow, and no debt yet a $500,000 debt facility. If they can find a nice acquisition target that provides them a chance for stronger growth into a large market this stock could get interesting. They are also looking into the commercial airline market which is significantly larger than the corporate jet market.

The company, in the news release, stated that there was spill over from anticipated Q1 deliveries which were actually made in Q2, so I think it would be safe to average both quarters when analyzing the company's historical results.  For comparison purposes, I'm going to look at pre-tax net income, adjusted to remove the effects of foreign exchange as well as

  The company went from the $100,000 level of pre-tax adjusted earnings for four quarters to the $300,000 level for four quarters. Importantly is this new level of profitability is a result of new products, and new customers meaning it is not only a higher level of revenue but more diversified.
