So the special meeting will be held on Jan 12 to vote on the deal and note that the record date is December 1 - tomorrow!
Any we haven't even seen the financials??

It appears that management is no longer representing the interests of the shareholders in my opinion. Not sure why they would withhold information that would help shareholders decide on the arrangement. You would think if everything is as "rosy" as portrayed that the financials would be made available, the new product would be discussed and it's commercial potential. I ...more
