as if the Partnership is something new! When in fact the Partnership started back in 2015 when Progressive Planet - Absorbent Products became the Bromley Creek Operator and the first Royalty payment for the first Tonne removed, went towards the 50% buy-in Ownership of Bromley Creek!

News release says existing agreement does not sound like it's something new But it does not matter what Ray does it's wrong to you From what you post read on plan sounds like you own the company
