I see is the total buyout of IZ! IMO price tag would have to be $4 - 5 Million. To buy debt to Ray & properties plus there would have to be a consolidation of shares 50?to 1. Funny how Ray stopped purchasing shares November 6th. Is there something in the works?!!

LOL that's a good one phantom, nobody is going to buy this company for 4 to 5 million. His debt is almost all accumulated interest that has built up for over 25 years. There have been a large number of financing done over that period of time where he could have paid himself back but he didn't all because he wanted to build this up to millions for a retirement package one would have to ...more
