The deal is almost done

Well looks like the option to american west is a go subject to some approvals one being the IZN shareholders. What do you guys think of the deal? Should we vote for or against it?

I will vote for it. Gets some money in to drill in BC and someone else drills West Desert. Sounds ok.
Comment by GenHandgrenade on Apr 16, 2021 4:18pm
Ya I probably will vote yes too but its funny that they sent out the news on a Friday. Friday news releases are usually reserved for bad news.

I don't think that's the case. If it was Friday after the market maybe. Commodities are moving nicely, hopefully Kaiser mentions it again in the newsletter.

very strange IZN's share price has not moved on the news. The company is on the verge of getting 5.5 million US dollars in cash in the next 24 months and a 50% share of any indium produced 25% of which can be bought back for 5 million US. Total 10.5 million US. With that kind of cash they should be able to bring Indy to the production stage. This should be trading at at least .50 cents.

Well I did it i doubled down on this. I have faith in my own prediction and by extension in their ability to get some excellent results at Indy later this year. After all they should be getting 500K US soon at least in time for the summer drill season.

Its strange though I bought a good chunk of this at .04 and the volume says 0 and the shareprice stays at.035.

I agree very undervalued. Zinc around $1.35 and climbing. Deal should get done in a few weeks. Other company will start drilling Desert property and IZN to drill Indy. This should be trading minimum in the teens. IMO
