So what's the story here? Seems reasonably priced and seems to have a lot of good deals in the works or recently inked. What do the other investors here think? Is this a buy? Seems to have come down a bit?

Took a gamble on a guy called Gamble a few years back and it went south. This though seems different. Wonder if it’s just overall market mood with the ventures, in which case it’s a chance to get ahead.    The only negative I see is debt and having enough $ to fill orders or a big jump in them but they always seem to refinance.  In other words, others see the potential
