Impressive raise and terms guys for $JK.V guys!! A $14M bought deal and concurrent $4M private placement at $1.35, with NO WARRANT. These are incredible terms shareholders and future share holders as there will be no warrant overhang.

Currently the stock is at $1.35 as well. Us retail shareholders can enter at the exact same price as institutional investors and even these “Strategic shareholders” taking the $4M portion of the placement.
