$JK.V just recently has announced that it has entered into a three-year lease agreement to add a Ghost Kitchen location in the hotel adjacent to Hsinchu Science Park! the hotel, located in Taiwan, includes a fully furnished caf, bar and all-day restaurant. exciting news indeed, can't wait to see the property, wish I was there!
