$JK enters agreement to acquire 3 square co. ltd.

massive news coming in from $JK.V as they announced that they've signed a binding agreement to acquire the software and operating ghost kitchen assets of 3 Square Co. Ltd. It is a Taiwan based operator of digital food halls.

They have created an ecosystem in which they help restauranteurs and other food service operators realize full potential and maximize their output/revenue per square foot of the kitchen spaces that they occupy.

I think this is a great and pretty on-brand investment for Just Kitchens. keeping an eye out for more updates on this acquisition.
