Insiders including the CEO have bought ZERO shares with their own money.
Until at least one or two insiders show some confidence in their own company future there are NO reasons for anybody else to buy their stocks. Until then it will only continue to fall.

I really hope that this is just a start and they are planning to buy more shares. They amount of shares they bought so far is very pathetic.
