$JK.v $JKHCF in the green today.

Came across this article on how restaurants in the US are using new tech like ghost kitchens to recover from the pandemic.

Article really drives home how these changes restaurants made during the pandemic are here to stay and how they can continue to grow.

$JK has been doing some big things in the space, i.e. collabs with 7-11, Ihop, etc. and has been continually expanding across Asia, IMO one to keep an eye on.
