In the past year, ghost kitchen operator JustKitchen (TSXV: JK) has been able to rapidly expand its holdings in numerous Asian markets.
Most recently, the company announced the planned opening of its next B2B ghost kitchen location in the Central Taiwan Science Park. This new location is expected to open by the beginning of August and follows up on the company’s opening of two B2B ghost kitchens serving the Hsinchu Science Park and the Taoyuan Environmental Science and Technology Park.
JustKitchen is aiming to establish four ghost kitchens in the CTSP and serve approximately 2,000 daytime meals per day to employees at the CTSP. Some of the most notable companies with offices in the CTSP are Micron Technology, TSMC, AUO Corporation, and Largan Precision Co.
I’m looking forward to seeing JustKitchen’s next quarterly report. Given the company’s rapid rate of expansion this year, I believe the current SP is not a good indicator of its recent growth.
