jervois CEO Crocker was in negioations a few months back for a $100 million loan guarantee from the u.s. federal gov't.  the wheels turn slowly....

are we about to hear something from the talks?

Seems Crocker and May gave up on the US government.  Given their recent example of being able to do anytthing, I'm not surprised.  This bond issue seems to be pretty much locked in.  I'm not a lawyer, but I think with all the details published, the funds already in escrow, the deal is done.  They can always get out, but would cost them the redemption fee of about 7.8 ...more

Old joe is not stupid , why should he build a refinery in some way off land and a cobalt mine in Africa and  Australia
