They blew a tire all right.  They published a very expensive BFS stating they would have cash flow starting in August 2022 from the Idaho Cobalt Project.  Then they stated that the Sao Paulo refinery would only start refining in 2023.  Yet the BFS states the concentrate will be sent to Sao Paolo for refining.  So how do they get cash flow.  Yet they refuse to acknowledge
