These guys are buying stock at 9 cents AU and diluting the bloated share float at the same time It is a double hit ! Have they produced a pound of US cobalt yet? xxx

No dilution here. They are.exercising options that were issued long ago. Any dilution happened when the options were issued, as they are included in the share counts at that time.
