Just Confused

Based on earlier reports the ICO development was near completion and would be opertational this spring. My guess would be, that there would be/are skilled tradesmen on site and fully capable of completing the construction. Now they are sent away and everything stops. Why not get this project up and running and then send everybody home.
Maybe the AGM will have some answers to this?

I'd like to get some feedback from someone who is actually on the mountain at the mine. The posters here are from Florida, Vancouver, Toronto, Calgary, oh we can't forget Cremorne and Melbourne. Is anybody in Salmon Idaho following this dog? If so, would it kill you to provide an update or photo? Not interested in hearing it from the JRV flacks.
