Not selling yet...

I'm hoping for more than the current offer and I don't see any risk in holding for awhile to see how this plays out.  Nevertheless, this will be a good return for me and I will be happy whatever the outcome.  This buyout was inevitable.  I was just hoping for a higher price.

Volume has collapsed. This stock is tightly held. Jing Tang has 2,757,000 shares and 3,850,000 shares are in escrow according to info from Canada Stockwatch. Have no idea what those escrow shares are all about. Unless its old information that has never been updated. Its bad enough that investors will have to take a hair cut from true value due to the factors mentioned in the press release but the ...more

For the record I did eventually sell my entire position. The risk is the deal does not get done and MCV choses not to present a higher bid. If they decide to increase their bid(unlikely) I lose an opportunity to add to my profits. Any shares tendered will be going back. Stock price can then collapse. If deal is done I lost an opportunity to make an additional penny per share. A bird in the ...more
