? Support for Kaminak's Share Price and Nova Gold ???

I suspect there is a connection to Kaminak's current share price and Nova Gold's improved activity and share price - perhaps the effects of the raising of 200 million by Mr.Kaplan - a part of which
has already funded Kaminak's most recent ' underwriting ' - Perhaps the rest of the money is intended to gobble some more shares of Kaminak in the open market and also grab more shares
of Nova Gold . In fact I wonder if both are really intended for the " Private " classification . If this is
true ( ? ) what are the consequences for the small shareholders - from my point of view no reward at all ! Does anyone have similar thoughts . I think that if the ' Electrum Group LLC has this " Private classification "  in mind then they should declare themselves - this seems fair to me - and less fair is the disguised takeover !

Kam spent $25 million in the first 9 months of 2015. They have $25 million in working capital now. How long will this money last and how will the company be different once it has been spent? What news will this money generate? I'd hate to think that I buy some KAM now, they spend the money, and have to come back and raise another $25m at the same price in 9 months. Thoughts? Is now a good
