News Overdue?

Must be close to another update, particularly on hole 8 which is the interesting one currently. Calculated risk here at these prices. $5M raised at 10c three months ago and so 7c now with no tie in and news imminent is worth a punt.

Still a month before anyone who took place in the last raising can sell so let's hope the large recent seller just got fed up of waiting or desperately needed funds. Anyone selling that much stock so close to an update is a concern though.

I'd like to think we will get an update next week, maybe in conjunction with the AGM. Holes 6, 7 and the potentially mineralized portions of Hole 8 could be discussed plus where Hole 9 was drilled and where Hole 10 is currently being drilled. It would be great if the primary seller were out of the way prior to the news! I have speculated as to why somebody would be selling now: 1) Investor ...more

My understanding of the holes is as you say and I would like to think they are working towards announcing something at the AGM, but I think they want to hit the market with concrete news rather than dribble out updates of each drill hole as was initially the case. How long that takes is the unknown here. I would dismiss options 2 and 3. The rollback has to be done to be able to list on the ASX ...more

Whoever the Primary Seller is they are active again today using Instinet. They must be aware that Sam is willing to cross them out yet they maintain the continual drip......why? And why stop at $.07? There are better than 500k shares on the bid at $.065. With what is being lost at $.07 what does another $.005 mean?

The big sell off here was November 9th which was also a big down day for gold. My gut feeling at the time was that someone was getting out to either pay a margin call, or move money elsewhere. Lots of stocks were down and options were "cheap" that day.  I've often indiscriminately sold a position I've held to move funds elsewhere if I see what I perceive to be a bargain. ...more

Look at the trades since November 9th. A few at $.065 and a few at $.075 but the vast majority of about 6.5 to 7 million shares have been sold at $.07. Throughout these 2 weeks there have always been a large supply of shares available for the seller to sell into at $.065. So what makes $.07 the price of choice? When buyers have surfaced, like today, why not adjust the ask and let the bid move ...more

3000 bid at $.07 this morning before the open. How long will it last until Desjardins takes them and leaves 17000 or 27000 or 47000 on the ask at $.07? (you get my point) TD started the selling on November 9. Once the TD accounts appeared to have been emptied, Instinet and Anonymous took over with Desjardins showing up on Friday and continuing into this week. How many accounts or more ...more

Instinet back at the plate today so far. Desjardins on deck? Maybe Anon or some more shares from TD? WTF?
Comment by Chipshot2 on Nov 24, 2020 10:23am
One more point. So far there have been enough investors willing to buy all these shares being sold at $.07. One just as to wonder if the enthusiasm of the buyers can outlast that of the seller.....
